For all you wine lovers and artisanal food addicts I am organizing a Fall Excursion to Quebec’s wine country in the Eastern Townships. It will include an extensive tour of some of the area’s best wineries where we will take part in harvesting grapes, take part in the traditional barefoot stomping on grapes, enjoy numerous wine tastings and lunches of local artisanal foods and country lunches. We will also visit several local food producers including cheese made by the monks at L’Abbaye St Benoit du Lac, cheese in Farnham, honey products in Coaticook and purchase some bread at one of the area’s most renowned bakeries in Cowansville.
I have included a suggested itinerary below along with estimated prices. In order to get the best accommodations for the three nights I suggest you let me know if you are interested as soon as possible. If accommodations at Auberge and Spa West Brome are full there are many other great auberges in the area. I have been to Auberge and Spa West Brome before and the accommodations are superb.

I have also selected 3 critically acclaimed restaurants in the area all featuring chefs who create amazing food using locally produced ingredients.
Interested? Let me know ASAP and I will make necessary reservations and send you a daily itinerary
